Abstract

Job opportunities for students after graduatingare an urgent problemfor Hung Yen University of Technology and Education in general and for Business Administration - Faculty of Economics in particular. There is the fact that some of the graduates cannot find the jobs or have jobs that do not fit theirmajors which require that the author has to investigate, analyze the real situation and find out the weaknesses in training Bachelor of Business Administration. From which the author would recommend the solutions that teachingshould be associated with practicing in order to increase the students’ practical knowledge and increase the chances of being recruited after graduating.
