ERROR REDUCTION IN MEASUREMENT DEVICE OF SUBTRACTION OF TWO NON-ELECTRIC QUANTITIES BY STRUCTURE OF TWO TIMES INTERGAL METHOD
The subtraction of two non-electric quantities is an important parameter in technology processes. The primary transformation devices are being to measured non-electrical quantities and the most of them are non-linear and they were given in the form look-up tables. Therefore, the error of the Measuring devices is mostly a non-linear error part because of due to accumulation in the primary transformation devices and going through transformation stages, which are added to the errors of these stages (called transformation error). Thus, the reduction of non-linear error and transformation error are an important problem to reduce the total error of the measurement devices of subtraction of two non-electrical quantities, thereby contributing to improving the quality of technology processes. This paper has give a proposes to design structure for measurement devices of subtraction of two non-electric quantities to solve the above problem.
