Abstract

With the electronic control injection system, the injection rule is flexibly controlled but can be precisely controlled, thus increasing engine power and limiting pollutant emissions. Pilot injections helps to reduce noise, reduce NOx, PM emissions. This paper presents the construction of a simulation model for Hyundail CRDI D4FA engine on AVL-BOOST software from which to analyze the influence of primer injection on engine characteristics. The results of the paper show that the model is reliable, and it is possible to use the model to study the influence of the fuel injection rules on the engine’s characteristics. The article has built the optimal set of early injection angle parameters for each load and speed mode.
