Abstract

Dynamic clustering in VANET based on vehicle mobility is the process of grouping vehicles together based on their location and speed. The purpose of dynamic clustering is to create groups of vehicles that are able to effectively communicate and interact in the network. There are many methods and algorithms used to perform dynamic clustering, including clustering based on connectivity, location, speed, and interaction between vehicles. Each method has its own advantages and limitations, and the choice of the appropriate method depends on the requirements and goals of the system in the VANET. In this paper, a new mobility and stability based clustering scheme is introduced for the urban city scenario. The proposed problem applies the moving direction of the vehicle and the relative position of the link. The simulation results show that our proposed scheme gives better stable performance.
