Abstract

Technology is always one of the most important factors affecting product quality, especially for sewing products using stitches in general and on PES/CO fabrics in particular. The study of the influence of technological factors on the quality of stitches will help us apply the correct technological parameters to the sewing process for PES/CO fabrics; in order to improve productivity as well as ensure quality, save time and increase product use efficiency. The quality of stitches depends on many factors such as: thread type, material type, equipment condition, machine parameters, etc., so the research is quite complicated. In this paper, the effect of the thread tension parameters on the buttonhole on PES/CO fabric will be mentioned. Through the results of the experimental research on the Juki MEB 3200 round head electronic buttonhole machine, it was found that: For both PES/CO woven fabrics, the stitch quality is strongly influenced by the following factors. Sewing technology factors are: needle thread tension, hook thread tension, fabric thickness, the degree of this influence is different, depending on the specific case, and the trend of changing technological parameters.
