EVALUATION OF SOME QUALITY INDICATORS OF 100% COTTON SIRO YARN

Abstract

This article presents research results on some quality indicators of 100% cotton Siro yarn Ne40/2, Ne50/2, Ne60/2 such as weight, weight unevenness, and unevenness between yarn bobbins, Uster unevenness, yarn hairiness. The experimental results help adjust technological parameters on the ring spinning machine to control volume, Uster irregularity, and hairiness to create quality yarn according to customer requirements.
